Nicci has been brilliant for treating me. I have had trouble with my ankle and my knee and I didn’t know why. After assessing me, she found out that I had two tendons (extra tendon) in my right ankle, so double the discomfort, and that my orthotics were incorrect. She told me why the incorrect position of my foot affected my ankle and knee. She then gave me paraffin wax to treat the symptoms. After having a course of it, I haven’t had any pain since. Nicci told me of a podiatrist, as the angle of my foot and poor othotics were the cause. Soon I will get some new orthotics, and in the meantime the paraffin wax has meant that I am pain free. Nicci has a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of lots of different things. I am so glad that my mom came across her. She has been a fabulous help and I would definitely recommend her

Hi Nicola. I would just like to say how pleased I am with the progress that is being made with my injury. Thanks to you and Claire, I am now much more confident in being able to take part in the Amsterdam marathon in October. something that I really doubted just a few weeks ago). At my young age 69, injury is the last thing I need at any time, but especially during marathon training.
As always, the diagnosis and treatment and recovery exercise program from yourselves is first class, that's why I have recommended others to use you if they have any injury issues.
